The locals are extremely friendly as well as our host. Hes very attentive and is always just a phone call away should you need him. You get some amazing views from this apartment as there are 3 balconies- yes 3! its great hearing the waves from the distance and the cockerel in the morning. Not far from a bus ride or a taxi, you can sample the delights of gazipasa's restaurants. Delicious local food, with lovely friendly staff serving you. The shops are amazing- you can walk through a few alleyways and discover more shops you didn't even know existed! You can here the call to pray and that is so beautiful too. This property is brilliant for those who love the quiet.

We arrived at Porto Amore after a little trip up and down the coast to Side and Alanya. And it was a relief from the crazy tourist places we drove through. Very nice welcome from Ahmed and Ayse at the reception. We got a beautiful room with a balcony and sea view. The place is pretty nice with wonderful gardens filled with Greek sculptures and lots of flowers. The pool area is immaculate, though we had to get used to the red tiles. Wonderful views to the sea and nice beaches on both side of the "little" resort. The 2 restaurants were both very good with great to amazing food, and they even had pleasent entertainment during dinner. Some days also at breakfast, which was just WOW. Another great thing about Porto Amore is the staff. We met so many nice, friendly, funny and hard working people. Speciel kudos to Nebbi, Hasan and Muratan. This place away from the hustle and bustle of the 1000`s of resorts could easily get us back to Turkey another time.
