Breakfast was very good, all products were natural, the feeling was that everything just came from the garden. The staff was very polite and helpful with everything. The hotel is located in the center of the town. I would definitely stay here again, if I visit Armenia once again in future.

We were given a better room than we'd booked; the larger double with an ensuite. The room was great, comfy beds and air con! We could park our car on the driveway. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room you can chill out in and cook meals. The host family are very friendly and live in the house next door so they're always on hand if you need something, but you also have plenty of space. It's just a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the church, but it's in a very quiet residential area. We loved the place so much we extended our stay by another night.
