Exceptionally awesome check-in with Alexia, who made my day with her outstanding smile and professional-cordial ways!! After that, it just had to be a wonderful stay! Loved everything about the hotel! My room was very quiet with a great view on the runway, good minibar and coffee-maker. Water kettle was available upon request. The hotel is very easy to find, right by Terminal D and the perfect place, if you are catching an early flight. Or - if you are catching a flight in the evening - you can leave your luggage at the hotel, explore Dallas during the day and pick up your luggage later. Thanks Hyatt!

Room was imaculate, clean as could be,cute kitchen and big icebox (loved that) 2 big tv's. great walk-in shower (no bathtub with a shower curtain-thats cheap looking) the gym room was cool also but some idiot took the remotes.
