The hotel manager helped me get to the Savitsky museum. The breakfast was good with a real coffee machine that even made real cappuccinos! Only 10 minute walk from airport.

The Host is a very friendly, young man and helps you with everything you need. Checkin/out was uncomplicated & fast. We loved how new the interior of this apartment is, everything is top-notch. It has a fridge, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea and sugar, pots & pans to cook, washing machine, a very good shower, super new smart TV and a very comfortable bed. Everything was totally clean & in good shape. AC & Heating are also there. Has an extra sturdy lockable door, since it's an apartment block. A very pleasant surprise in a rather dull city like Nukus. The location is maybe a bit outside, but what are you gonna do in Nukus anyways. 5min to a Supermarket & we suggest going to "Premiere Lounge" if you're craving Western food. They have amazing burgers and very good drinks.

The English speaking man at the reception was very helpful. When the tour to the Aral Sea we booked somewhere else was cancelled last minute, he arranged transport within 10 minutes for a third of the initial price. Good location within Nukus.

They were very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating, including letting us use the washing machine, and making space available for picnic meals at their topchan. It was a good and comfortable stay. But the real excellence was when my son fell and split open his leg (his own fault, not the property's) and the hosts immediately arranged for medical help to come to the house. He needed several stitches and the hosts took care of us like family in this medical emergency in a foreign country. Very grateful for their attention and care, which was far beyond expectation. It would have been a nightmare to get my son the care he needed without their help.
