Vaikka tilaa on vähän, asunto on suunniteltu hyvin (esim tavaransäilytystilaa on sängyn alla). Huoneistoissa on ilmastointi ja hyvä äänieristys + pimennysverhot. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, saimme polkupyörät ilmaiseksi sisäpihalle ja pestyä pyykkiä edullisesti huoneistohotellin pyykkituvassa.

Vaikka ympäristö oli vilkas, huoneisto oli rauhallinen. Lähellä oli hyviä ravintoloita ja kauppahallli. Torilla oli lauantaina mielenkiintoinen kirppis. Asunto oli tilava ja keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Astianpesukonekin löytyi. Yhteyshenkilö oli avulias.
