The rooms were new and clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay, the owners are amazing, helpful and very friendly. The check in process was smooth. They cleaner our room during our three night stay which was great. The location was amazing as it is walking distance from most beaches and restaurants while being away from the crowd. Overall I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be returning!

This place is a real find! The apartment was brand new and finished to an exceptional standard. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed including power on the balcony which was great for work. It’s only 5 minutes from town and 10 minutes from the main Ksamil beach. Egli was so helpful, he even did our laundry and arranged for a car to take us to Sarande. It’s incredible value and we cannot wait to return here soon. Thanks Egli!

AMAZING experience, 10/10! The apartments are new, well maintained and the owners are friendly and speak good English. The location is perfect, it's in a quiet neighborhood but just 10min walk from busy Ksamil center full of restaurants and night life entertainment. There are also a few restaurants around and a shop nearby. A beautiful small beach is only 3min walk, clear water, nice service. You can also park your car easily in front of apartments. The rooms are spacious and everything works well and is comfortable. There is also a little terrace where you can sit (and barbecue). If you need to take a bus to Seranda, the bus stop is also just 5min walk. Everything was perfect, 100% recommended!!!

The location was great, not too far from the center, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and his mother are doing a real good job. The room was great, very clean, linen and towels were changed regularly, there was a big balcony with shadow in the morning, so ideal for breakfast. The thing I really appreciated, and I have never seen before, is that they put several products that someone might need and for everybody to use, in the hall. With toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, detergent, a radio, an iron, dustpan and brush. They are also preparing a swimming pool and have enough parking space for 6 cars. They were very considerate. When we were out on a hot day, they changed the bed linen and put on the airco, so when we came back the room was cool.

I haven't stayed in these apartments, but my friends have and they rave about them. Friendly owner, nice place to live, everything is very convenient, there is a parking lot. Thank you very much for the warm welcome🥰
