Huge modern, clean, well equipped apartment with swimming pool, table tennis, pool, massage amd other facilities. The staff was extremely helpful. I had a problem with my car. The guy at the reception helped me a lot in translating and even trying to get a mechanic to fix it. As my car had a problem the car could not be locked. But it remained safe thanks to the location and the watchful staff. Really thankful.

Close to the sea, 10 minutes walk, the apartment is clean and comfortable, you have almost anything you need. A microwave would've been nice, but all in all it was great! Someone came to clean and take out the trash almost daily, also changing towels which was appreciated.

Labai gražus vaizdas iš terasos. Kiekvieną dieną tvarkomi kambariai, keičiami rankšluoščiai. Patalynė keičiama kas antrą dirną. Labai švaru, moderniai įrengtas. Personalas paslaugus Yra pliažo kėdės, todėl nebūtina nuomotis gultų pliaže. Virtuvėje nieko netruksta-pakako įrankių, indų.

Very cosy apartment with an excelent location near the see. The view from 2and 3th floors was amazing! The guest speak english and was always available when we need something. The location also has a private parking with dedicated parking lot per apartment, which was very useful! Also a bus station to Varna ( ticket 1 leva) is located near the apartment.

The location, it was quiet and the view from the terrace was absolutely gorgeous (especially during the night). The host was very kind and he really made a difference to have a great holiday. We used all his advices. We did find the restaurants in Balchik but the Kopitoto restaurant (from St Constantin and Elena) really blew us off the food was great and the show they pulled in a thursday night was incredible. Having a secured parking slot mean't a lot as we were able to go to various places. I would like to come again there. I wasn't expecting to find a dish washer, but we find it very usefull as we got used with it.

We had an apartment at the 4th floor, with direct sea view and the view was incredible. We could hear the waves as if they were right in our balcony. Fantastic feeling! The fact that they have private parking is a big plus.

Villa is located in a quiet area, near the trees and fresh air. The appearance of the villa was in a special architectural style, as well as the wooden interior furniture; the dimensions of the room and the bathroom were impressive; the price was very good; and the distance to the beach is not very far, no longer than 1 km. Part of the family also spoke English, so it was relatively easy to understand each other.
