Bella struttura sulla collina con camere con angolo cottura molto comode e con una bellissima vista sul mare, si vede benissimo Nessebar e Sunny beach. La spiaggia è a 1 minuto di macchina con parcheggio gratuito, meglio in macchina perché la salita è molto ripida. La colazione è ottima e abbontante con torte fatte in casa e anche la parte salata è molto buona e genuina. C'era tutto. Molto pulita. Poi in struttura è presente un bar/ristorante per chiedere qualcosa di diverso pagando poco. Abbiamo preso 2 cappuccini per 5 lev (2.5 € totali). C'era cmq caffè e latte disponibile gratis. La cosa migliore sono le due belle e gentili ragazze che lo gestiscono. La ragazza della reception è stata premurosa e gentilissima. Noi abbiamo due bambini tremendi e loro hanno pensato a tutto fornendoci i giochi. Ci hanno anche concesso un late check out per poterci fare la mattina al mare e tornare a lavarci. La struttura ha anche una piscina con i giochi per i bambini. La notte si riposa benissimo, siete ai piedi del bosco con una pace unica. Se venite in questa zona vi consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare qui.

Like good wine, this gets even better with time! We rented out a one-bedroom apartment on the last floor with a fantastic view of Nessebar and a relaxing breeze in the evening. Spotless place, very comfy beds & sofa, balconies on both sides of the apartment, all the kitchen utensils you might need (apart from a coffee maker) and a washing machine that always comes in handy if you’re in for an extended stay. The building is very well maintained and has a small garden in the front where kids can run around if there is still some energy left after a day of swimming. There are some parking spaces available within the premises, but make sure you reserve one ahead of time. Either way, you can find a free spot in the big, well-lit but unorganized parking lot just across the street. The only thing you should really worry about is getting yourself fast enough on one of the three perfectly manicured beaches between 2 to 5 minutes away from the apartment, each with crystal-clear and shallow water near the shore. One word of advice for party people: If you’re looking for crowded beaches, loud music and trampling on people in the water, look away. Sveti Vlas is a peaceful place to recharge your batteries and spend quality time with family, but it’s not a hotspot for party animals. For the cooking connoisseurs, there’s an excellent store on the main road where you can get every ingredient you might need at more than decent prices. Also, down the same street, you’ll find a vegetables & fruits market selling amazingly fresh and tasty products. Visit both, and you won’t miss a thing in a genuine home-away-from-home experience. We regularly ate dinner at a Greek-style taverna on the beach, but there are plenty of options to choose from in the center of Sveti Vlas and even in Nessebar if you get there early enough to find a parking spot. This was our second stay here, but we’ll surely come back.

First of all - this a TRUE waterfront located apartment, from windows and terrace you hear tides hitting the shore and you watch the sea. Second, there is walking distance to several really good coffee places open from 8am, good restaurants, where you can just walk and overall the neighborhood streets look nice and well maintained making it a pleasure to walk in the area. Third, you can park your car very close to the apartment, we were out of the season so we parked right near the entrance to the building.

Very close to both the central beach and the st.vlas center. Beach is 4 min walk. There are some free parking spaces but not always free. The good news is right next to the studio there is paid parking which costs 10-15 lv per day depening on the season. The studio has all the cooking wares you might need. The owner is very friendly.
