Loved the property and and location. Loved how the property management treated us. Vancouver was seeing unprecedented snowfall when we landed. Unfortunately the hot water pipelines were damaged. Chai who was managing the property, helped us to relocate and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable until we departed. We will definitely return to the property in summer and stay there.

The location was great in proximity to activities we planned and had great, scenic views. It featured all the amenities needed for a family of 5 including two small children. Having the kitchen and laundry room was a must and carried all the needed supplies. They provided a very clear and organized welcome packet that was helpful and also featured some recommendations to visit/eat.

The location was perfect for a trip to Vancouver or for boarding a cruise. Easy walk from metro station or to cruise port. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Apartment was quiet with lovely decoration. Bedding was comfortable. Room had full kitchen with supplies and a bathtub/shower combo in the bathroom. Parking is available, but we did not use it.
