Nice apartment is quiete location with parking and pool by the beach.Very well equipped inside I hate that brown wood furniture in rental properties with the saggy bed settee.They also have one a fork and knife for everyone,you know the places I mean. None of that here all good quality furniture really comfy and felt special staying there and more than enough utensils strainers sharp cutting knives etc etc to use. Quick wifi and also liked the dishwasher and washing machines we recently got into going home with clean clothes it's much easier.

Stor rymlig lägenhet med tre sovrum och två badrum varav ett med badkar. Stor tv med Netflix o Disney+. Stor balkong med utsikt åt både hav och land. Mycket bra wifi och effektiv AC. Nära stranden ca 700 m och mycket bra pool med bubbelpool. Nära till Spar supermarket ca 500 m. Mycket välutrustat kök med kyl, frys, diskmasikn, tvättmaskin och gott om köksutrustning. Nära shoppingcenter med Carrefour 10 min med bil. Gratis parkering på gatan utanför byggnaden.

Great location near the beach, supermarket and shops, very pleasant compact apartment with all necessary utilities, including air conditioning. Nice host that supported us on one occasion of electricity problem. Elevator.

I simply loved my 3 night stay here. The apartment is completely renovated and nicely decorated and the very large terrace offers stunning views of the beach and the sea right in front. I could spend the whole day on the comfortable couch on the terrace enjoying the views and the people passing by. The location is very central, close to all the restaurants and bars in Gandia. What I liked in particular is that everything in the place was brand new (no smelly old grandmother's furniture as in some other places!). The living room was not huge but more than large enough and the wifi connection was excellent. The bathroom was small but new, very clean, and comfortable, with a good shower. The matress in the large bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, and there was ample storage space (as in the second bedroom). The kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots and pans and cutlery and cups and plates, and I gladly made use of the washing machine. There is a safe and covered parking space on the ground floor for the car as well, which was much appreciated. And there are blinds that keep out the heat in summer time as well as airco. The owners are very friendly and communicative. I would really recommend this place.
