Very good location, got off the train already there :). The city center has everything you need within walking distance, comfortable apartments, everything you need for living is available, not everywhere there is such an amount of dishes and household appliances. Despite the house being near the road, it is very quiet inside, even in the morning when the city starts to move.

The guesthouse is located a few km's from the city centre, but in a beautiful surrounding next to the Oulu river, where the surroundings makes up for the distance, as it provides an insight in "Finnish way of life". What I can say is this property is superb and easy to access. The owner contacted me and sent a message about the passcode of main entrance and the apartment. The balcony view also amazing. This property is close to R-Kioski, Prisma, Sale, K-Citymarket, train station, taxi. You just have to walk a little bit but not far. We are so happy to stay here and for sure will book the same apartment when we visit Oulu again.
