The apartment is spacious and has all the necessary stuff, nice balcony, and comfortable beds. Also, the neighbors are sometimes quite noisy since they have kids, but overall, the neighborhood is quiet at night.

Very good location, got off the train already there :). The city center has everything you need within walking distance, comfortable apartments, everything you need for living is available, not everywhere there is such an amount of dishes and household appliances. Despite the house being near the road, it is very quiet inside, even in the morning when the city starts to move.

Super friendly and service minded host! The guesthouse is located a few km's from the city centre, but in a beautiful surrounding next to the Oulu river, where the surroundings makes up for the distance, as it provides an insight in "Finnish way of life". Architecturally nothing but magnificent. A stay here is very much recommended, especially if peacefulness in on your mind! 110 point out of 100 possible!

The house is really interesting to rest for a few days. It had everything you need to be able to enjoy. Very clean, everything was perfect. Fantastic sauna and hot tube. The best is the kindness of Matleena and Jori who have always been attentive to all our doubts and needs.

The room! Beautiful apartment. Nice location. Bit away from the city but close to the beach. You can also arrive by boat as the dock is just beside.

What I can say is this property is superb and easy to access. The owner contacted me and sent a message about the passcode of main entrance and the apartment. The balcony view also amazing. This property is close to R-Kioski, Prisma, Sale, K-Citymarket, train station, taxi. You just have to walk a little bit but not far. We are so happy to stay here and for sure will book the same apartment when we visit Oulu again.
