Absolutely perfect stay in Folkestone. Everything was perfectly appointed and thought out. Every time I thought “I wonder if they have ______” it was in the room. Beds and bedding were so comfortable, bathrooms were spotless, fridge had milk, every single thing we needed or wanted was there. Location was excellent for walking to a concert on the coast. Host was so friendly and helpful. Could not have been more perfect!

I’d stayed here a few years ago, and it’s still every bit as good as I remember. The owners clearly take a lot of care to make sure that everything is spot on. The £5 upgrade to a full English breakfast was well worth it. Breakfast is apparently available from 4 a.m.!

Great location and amazing accommodation. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, large and beautifully decorated. Everything that was needed on our short stay. Would 100% stay again

Wonderful hosts, perfect breakfast and a view that will take your breath away. The rooms are decorated with taste and we had a wonderful night of sleep after crossing the Channel. Will have to come back as soon as we can!
