Wonderful apartment next to everything. Modern, cosy and clean. Centrally located but still very quiet. Very polite owners who let us check in earlier and check out later as the apartment was not booked before or after our stay! Very tasty breakfast with local products. We had the best holiday staying at Elounda Sunshine Place. Despite our late arrival time our hosts still met us to give us the keys and show us around. We also received a detailed email on how to get there prior to our arrival. The private pool was incredible and has a wonderful view of Elounda. The facilities were excellent, we stayed for a week and we had everything we needed. The location itself was perfect - It was about 15-20 minute walk from the centre where there were plenty of restaurants/bars/shops. It is up a hill which is something to keep in mind if you plan on walking - though this wasn't an issue for us. There was also space for parking a car at the property if you did choose to have a car for your stay. This was our first time in crete and Nektarios and his family made us feel so very welcome. They were always happy to answer our questions about the area/places to eat. We were even treated to some of his wifes baking, and strawberries and cucumber grown in the garden. We also got to meet their friendly dog Molly - We could not have wished for nicer hosts for our stay.
