Absolutely amazing apartment - new, modern, clean, very well equipped, just a few steps far from the beach and with a great view to the sea and the Velebit mountains. Communication with the very kind owner was perfect as well. The location is ideal for the children because of the sand beach and low depth of the sea.

Brand new apartment, very comfortable, great location, very close to the beach about 2-3 min walk, 5 min walk to the closest mini market. The closest beach is sandy with a few small rocks, the water is very calm al most no waves perfect for children. The property hase outside shower great for removing sand :)

Amazing hotel with lovely staff and incredibly kind owner Irma. We have been staying for two days only but I wish to come back for a longer term. Nin city center is very close by a d some stunning beaches not too far (you can walk about 15-20 min or take an uber for €5). We came to celebrate our anniversary with my husband. Accommodation, room, and some sweet treats made our day! Thank you so much, guys! Keep the standard💪 Definitely recommend! Iryna and Andrius

Great hosts. The apartment is located near the city center, so all sights,beaches, places worth visiting and restaurants are very close by.

Very close to water, close to city center. Clean, nice and kind owner. We were welcomed with surprise in the fridge 👍🏻. On top owner provided home grown olive oil and wine, what was added value to our stay.

Everything was great! I mean,everything. The lady that manages the building is super kind and more than that. It made us feel like we were family. The apartment was very clean,had everything we need and more. It is very close to the beach(p.s. the exact location is the one from google maps).
