Everything is so perfect. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Ganni was really friendly. We had everything we need. The location is close to the train station and city center. The room is big, brand new, and clean. They clean the room everyday.

Place is comfortable, well decorated and all needs taken care of. The owner, Daniela is very helpful with guiding people where to explore and is always available to reach and help with reservations if needed. The owners also accomodated our late check-in without issues due to flight scheduling, and were very hospitable. The restaurants in the area are a very pleasant surprise as they were very good, and the place itself is close enough to the trainstation and boats, thus making it comfortable to travel to closeby areas including cinque terre.

The apartment was perfect. It was comfortable and safe, the AC worked well, and it was close to both the train station as well as the port. It had everything we needed.

The size of the room. The cleanliness. The hot water and the water pressure :-) Size of the bath towels. The air conditioner worked fabulously! WIFI worked great!

The staff was super welcoming with a lot of great tips for the trip to the cinque terre and visiting La Spezia. The room was exactly like the pictures, plus very warm and clean :) the coffeemaker and brioche is an extra nice touch. The location is at walking distance to the train station. For the historic center of la spezia is 20 min walk, so we took the bus a few times Would recommend it definitely!
