Amazing place, we really felt like at home 🤗 Very comfortable, sparkling clean and spacious, 5 min to the sea, with comfortable bed and quiet cozy balcony, where is perfect to have morning coffee or home dinner if you like it 😊 Really enjoyed every moment here. The property has everything you need and more. A free coffee machine in the common area, snaks and biscuits in the bedroom ,plus a kettle, tea, coffees and capuccino. The bed is very comfortable. Very cleaned. The location is perfect, very close to a Pizzeria owned by a family from Naples: Flaminio.Best pizza ever! The property owner is very kind and gave us direction to get from the airport.

Diego is excellent host, everything was perfect at our stay. Even more, you have Coffee machine inside your room and lots of yammies for your coffee. Room was well designed, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very lovely place and super friendly staff. The owner took a really good care of us. Great breakfast was served every morning and the room was always properly cleaned. We were able to also organise the parking place near the villa without any costs. Highly recommended.

is’s an older hotel, but due to the fantastic maintenance of the two owners, it’s a great place to enjoy your holiday. it’s very close to the beach and the boulevard. the rooms are extremely clean, and you can use bikes for free. if needed the owners will provide you with information about everything. for us it was the best location on our 4 week road-trip to Italy. The apartment is absolutely perfect - modern, well-organized and with great equipment. The location is excellent - on the first line from the sea, in a very nice part of Versiilia. The public beach is very close. There are two bikes that you can freely use - you can ride them on a wonderful bike path along the sea.

Amazing service - due to traffic we arrived at 1.30 at night but Massimo was there waiting for us with a smile! Cristiano gave us comfort along the way as he confirmed the late check in! Very modern and clean appartment! I would certainly recommend!
