Stefania is a wonderful host! She was very welcoming from the very beginning, put so much attention during our stay, but at the end she went extra-mile and helped us to find the solution during the Trenitalia strike! I can't say enough, how much grateful we all as a family are! The house itself is like a fairy-tale, very authentic and stylish, I immediately felt like in Italian history. The house is well taken care of, clean and nice. Our room was on the last floor right under the roof. As a wonderful bonus we've got a very nice terrace and we enjoyed every evening having a quick snack dinner and a glass of wine. The room had everything we needed and way more: washmachine, microwave oven, mini-fridge, air conditioning. Our small daughter got extra love and attention from Stefania and she was extremely happy! I would highly recommend this accomodation to everyone - for business-trips, for families leisure on the sea-side, for couples to have a wonderful time for themselves.

It was such a nice stay, I felt welcome from the first second. The place is perfectly located between the city center and the beach, very clean and comfy. Rodolfo is a great host, I would come back anytime!

Everything was amazing. It was a spacious apartment where I had all I needed for my stay: wonderful fully equiped kitchen in a confortable living room, washing machine, full bathroom...perfect for a long stay. And apart from that everything was perfectly clean and organized. The appartment is not in the center which is perfect to be able to rest in a calm and family friendly area after spending the day in the livefull city, but you can be there in less than 20 minutes by walk or 10 in bus. In 15 minutes you can be in the beautiful Baia Flaminia and there is a supermarket at 6 minutes and another at 12, all by walk. Its a small city and everything is handy. The appartment is next to the main family house and the owners are absolutely lovely. They were so helpful at all times and I really felt welcome and safe there. The man that runs the booking was so nice too. Really, It was an amazing experience, I will definetely book this place if I come back.

Property was clean and furnished with good taste. Location very convenient a short walk from city centre, station and seafront. The hosts Davide and Elena were welcoming and helpful,Davide kindly offered to pick us up at the station and was in touch regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.
