Excellent location in the centro and superbly maintained and decorated! We had 1 balcony and 2 other large windows that opened. Luminoso and super clean. It’s obvious the owners care!

Luxurious suites made in a former hotel. Warm welcome by Paola, who showed us our room and explained all the facilities in the building, amongst which free bicycles. The suites have everything yoy need for self catering. Great beds. The couch in our side sea view rooms we found not comfortable to sit (very deep sitting so feet do not reach ground), but apart from that all was perfect. Very quiet sound proofed rooms. Located on a beautiful boulevard which is great for walking, jogging and cycling. Many beach front bars and restaurants. We were here in end April. Many were not open yet.

Great location in the center of San Benedetto! Very comfy bed and good air conditioning, good coffee maker with coffee provided. Excellent staff who provided good recommendations for the beach, etc.

Host was exceptional: friendly & helpful. Room was perfectly clean and decorated with taste, style and real attention to detail. Lots of little extras that made the stay more pleasant (tea/coffee, fridge, earplugs, disposable slippers, free bikes, beach umbrellas etc.) Room was not big and under street level but because of layout and decoration still a perfect stay. Very well located both for beach and nearby restaurants.
