Location was perfect, only a short 2-minute walk across the road to New Brighton Pier, managed to capture some stunning sunrises. Apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and easy to access with the security door. I felt very safe, added bonus was a private sunny courtyard for a morning coffee. I will be returning in the near future.

Room was small but had everything we needed and expected for the budget price (except a mirror) Comfortable clean bed with hotel quality sheets and pillows. Friendly person at reception and people working around the place (waves and smiles). Bathroom was outdated but very very clean and well maintained . Loved it here .
