Checking very smooth and staff very welcoming Breakfast experience with El-Hadja BADIAA was really exceptional and we where very impressed with her Generosity and with all the information that she gave regarding the property and the location and the plenty of advises that she offered related to the Touristic information in the Old Souq and in the region.

Opinion from a fellow tunisian: impressive work! 1. The host is professional, down-to-earth, sharp with prompt contact and follow ups, very welcoming, well-spoken and offers sightseeing activity services in Sousse and other cities. 2. The location is at the heart of a typical traditional neighbourhood of Sousse, where you are fully immersed in an authentic experience as is. 3. The place is a traditional tunisian house style, kept clean and well maintained, great attention was paid to small details of decoration. 4. This is becoming a melting pot of cultures brought by travellers from all around the globe, nice conversations with the other guests. 5. Check their instagram & photos to get an idea, it gives an accurate teaser. Firm handshakes all around untill I visit Sousse again ~

We had a simple short stay in Sousse and felt well taken care of by Samir (who lives on the same floor). The host was communicative and reachable via texts/phone. The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the long sandy beach and a short 10 minute walk to the medina and train station. Very convenient location for day trips and plenty of options for food/cafe. All requests were promptly taken care of and we appreciated the great hospitality.

The view is breathtaking, Amine is super thoughtful and supportive for anything you might need. There is a cafe/restaurant on a 2 min walk from the flat. The área is really relaxing and calm. We would definitely come back. Great wifi for working from home as well!

Well equipped.design .arts.and comfortable beds. ..very quiet .aeria no npoise at all .and they have great kitchen .it's from home to home and close to all attactions like the beach .restaurants .Coffee shops..bars grocery.. And the owner will take care of you from arrival to departure We highly recommend it

great location supermarket ,restaurants nearby , super clean , modern, sea view terrace appartment , well equipped, exactly like the website and 5 minutes walk to the beach . very good kitchen standard ,nice style ,comfortable beds,and excellent wifi working and i was use it to work online , friendly owner but you have to talk to him before the arrival so evrything will be fine , i realy recommend it for couples and small family max 4 adults
