Louisa voucher was given - sort of a breakfast treat. We requested a softer pillow and they delivered within a few hours. The design and appliances are high grade. The TV comes with a smart sound bar, and the appliances are Dyson including the hair dryer.

It was directly in front of the harbour so we enjoyed the watching out the window to see different vessels on port. The area is walking distance to Zhongyang Old street as well as the main street where you can find lots of foods and souvenir. It was also 10-15 mins walk to the Guanyiting park where Penghu Fireworks was held. As parking was an issue it was good that we were able to walk to the event and back. The host was very accommodating and helpful. As our flight arrived late and after the property’s Checked in time, we were thankful for the host to wait for us to have a smooth checked in. Host also provided ideas for itinerary around Penghu area as well as provided us with great memories of penghu! Thank you

Friendly and super helpful staffs who showed me nearby attractions and helped me to get a taxi. I love to stay in a clean room where I can also see the nice view outside.

The manager is friendly and very helpful. We connected via Line so that if I needed assistance. The kitchen area in the common area provides complimentary noodle meals, water and tetra fruit juice. Washing machine provided for free use but if you don't read Chinese the manager will assist you. My room was spacious, clean and modern looking. Basic fitout with some hangers but limited shelf space to lay clothes. There is a small shelf with chair and power points to use as a work station. The aircon, fridge and TV all worked fine. The bed had clean linens and afforded a good sleep. The bathroom had a seperate shower recess. The water was very hot with good pressure. There is no room cleaning.To empty your bins you need to take a plastic bag from the kitchen. Overall, putting the location issue aside I had a very comfortable stay.

Very kind and helpful people. Spoke quite good English which mad things easier for us. We were able to book scooters and other activities through the hotel. Views from the room were great and they were very large and comfortable. The owners make great coffee and there is a machine in the lobby if you wish to make your own tea or coffee Great location, just a couple of minutes from a beautiful swimming beach and the next bay round had great snorkeling. Highly recommended 👌
