A fabulous apartment with views of Lake Annecy, the space has been very cleverly modelled with the low roof bedroom in the roof being the perfect place for the kids to sleep! The living space is a great size and the kitchen has a big fridge, dishwasher and plenty of space to prepare food. The shower room is cleverly designed with a washing machine too and the freestanding bath was great for the kids.

We were very comfortable, 2 couples and 1 year old baby. We got all the info we needed before arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to enjoy all the best places to go in Annecy. We had a great time.

L'Annecy coeur de ville et du lac si trova ad Annecy, a 200 m dal Palais de l'Ile e dal Musee Chateau d'Annecy, in una zona dove potrete pescare. The flat is extremely clean, very well equipped, and very central. It's inside a big apartment block, literally 2 minutes away from Annecy's centre. It looks like the apartment has been recently renovated: all the appliances and the furniture are brand new. I can only recommend staying here. The owners were also very kind and available: they sent me clear directions (both to the flat and to where to collect the keys) and made sure that we are having a good time and that everything was fine.

Logement atypique avec panoramique sur le lac d’Annecy, dans une résidence avec plage et ponton privée sur la Comingune de Duingt (Rive gauche du lac). The private entrance to the lake and the view from the flat were amazing. The location was great, in a quiet place close to supermarkets and restaurants
