The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood at the city's outskirts; not too far, not too close from the center (but much preferable for those that have visited Heraclion again). I really appreciated this site, despite my initial feeling that I would be kind of isolated. On top of this the rooms are truly apartments! More than spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette & private balcony with city view. The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance. Thank you Petros and stuff for your excellent facilities and overall good vibe!

Staff were awesome. Personable, helpful and friendly. Coming back to the hotel at the end of a business day felt like coming home.

Very nice hotel, relaxing. Very good breakfast. We hired car and drove to close famous beaches like Falasarna and Elafonisi. We went also to famous Balos beach by boat from near Port of Kissamos. We drove to close Platanias and Chania. We had a perfect vacation.

It was our second year at Kavos and we will be back for a third!! Everything was perfect.The staff is very polite and helpfull, the food is tasty and very reasonably priced, the rooms are comfy and the whole atmosfere of the hotel in very relaxed. This year they added a Spa and we were offered free massages the first day we arrived. After that we used the spa a couple of times and every time it was a very relaxing and healing experience. The rented car comes in handy if you want to visit the nearby towns of Chania and Rethymno or go to other beaches, or even if you want to go to the supermarket.
