Set in San Pedro La Laguna in the Solola region, Casa LLEMO features a patio and lake views. The property has garden and mountain views. I checked out a couple of other places before deciding to stay at Casa Llemo because of the welcoming atmosphere from the first moment and I'm so glad I did. Julio and his family go out of their way to make you feel at home and make sure you get everything you need, but they always give you enough privacy as well. The rooms are clean, the water is hot and the meals are home cooked, delicious and cheap. They can also book different tours and shuttle for you and often have better connections or prices than what you find on the internet. Julio's hospitality went even beyond my stay. I had already left when a shuttle I had booked online canceled last minute. Because he had mentioned an alternative company to me before I called him pretty late, and even though I woke him up, he was so helpful and managed to book a shuttle for me and save my trip! Thank you! I wish I could have stayed a bit longer.

Boasting lake views, The Paradise of Atitlán Suites apartamento completo provides accommodation with a private beach area and a patio, around 48 km from Volcano Atitlan. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, everything we needed was there. The facilites were fantastic. Host was very helpful and responded to our request well. Close enough to Panajachel to get to easily but not in the middle of everything. Perfect both for people who want to go and do tourist things or those who want to relax in a jacuzzi.

Set 24 km from Volcano Atitlan, Una Noche Con Mical offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. Mical was a fantastic host with such a lovely ;family. The location was great as it was local to the busy strip/ centre but very quiet. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!

Situated in San Pedro La Laguna in the Solola region, Apartamento Jacob has a terrace. The Volcano Atitlan is within 24 km of the apartment. - The place is a bit further (yet still within walking distance) from the main touristy area. This makes it much calmer and less noisy - The weekend /weekday markets are across the street. You got a bit of an additional authenticity through those (plus you can easily buy delicious fruits) - The owner was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions about the place, the neighborhood and the town - We were also allowed to check out in the afternoon which was a huge help for us (by not having to spend hours in the summer heat while waiting for our shuttle)

Located in San Juan La Laguna, Mundo Abu San Juan La laguna offers beachfront accommodation 26 km from Volcano Atitlan and provides various facilities, such as a private beach area, a fitness centre... My accommodation was perfect. It's very well located, just a 5-minute walk from Calle de los Sombreros, the main commercial area and the most touristy street in San Juan de La Laguna. The property is sustainably made, equipped with solar panels, and the bathroom facilities are brand new. You won't find luxury and refinement here, but everything is extremely well-kept and clean. The luxury lies in the view of the Indian Nose mountains and the fact that it's right on the edge of Atitlan, away from the noise and crowds. The staff is incredible. I loved meeting the owner Carlos, and the employees Gerson and Nila are extremely kind, polite, and always available to assist with anything you need. San Juan is a very charming village. You can stay at Mundo Abu and explore other villages, as the property is a 5-minute walk from the main pier, where you can catch a boat to visit San Pedro, and even Panajachel, which is very close, it's not even a 30-minute boat ride away. In San Juan, I did the Indian Nose trail, which is definitely worth it. The staff helped me a lot with everything I needed, including scheduling tours. I found exactly what I wanted at Mundo Abu: comfort, privacy, and contact with nature. Waking up every day to the view of Lake Atitlan is a beautiful sight and a huge privilege to be surrounded by nature but with all the comfort and amenities.

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Amankaya Atitlan is a recently renovated guest house located in Cerro de Oro, 18 km from Volcano Atitlan. This is a awesome place and absolutely unique. This made our Guatemala trip absolute special! Fernando is the best host you can imagine.

Located in Jaibalito in the Solola region, Rustic Charm Cliffside Retreat has a patio and lake views. The host Clemens was fantastic, so friendly & very acommondating to our needs. The apartment is beautiful & unique. The location offers a spectacular & mesmerizing view of the lake! Wish we had stayed longer than 3 days.
