Boasting a bar and views of lake, Rivalago B&B is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Cannobio, 18 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. The B&B, Rivalago is located on the waterfront and a moderate distance from the ferry embarcadero which I only used to arrive and depart. My room was spacious and comfortable with excellent cleaning service and a fabulous view of the lake. The B&B is in a quiet location and a short walk to the restaurants along the embarcadero. I chose Cannobio because it was considerded the prettiest town on the lake although not the most convenient for seeing gardens and palazzi. Those were easily reached by regular bus service, or boat. Gaia was very helpful in determining my connections and printing schedules for me. Commuting to the gardens was a breeze! The breakfast was fresh and varied, with more selection than I would ever have at home, which was a real treat! Both Matteo and Gaia were always available to answer questions and assist with whatever I needed. Matteo even found the program I wanted on Netflix and set it to English for me. Thank you both for making my stay so special.

Located 48 km from Piazza Grande Locarno, Lago Maggiore Bay offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a private beach area and pool with a view. I liked everything about this property from saying hi at the reception until leaving the property. It was really amazing. The house, the breakfast, the location, Francesca and her Mom were outstanding and nothing was too much to ask.

The owner of the apartment Piera🌸 is an amazing woman👏👏she helped us in everything and answered all the questions patiently. She left for us in the apartment full of gifts (A small bottle of limoncello, cookies, a bottle of wine, milk, water and more... the score 10🏆🥇 is very appropriate for the apartment

Featuring mountain views, La Tana Del Ludo features accommodation with balcony, around 46 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. Great welcome from Stefania who couldn't have been more lovely. Location was great. Really clean modern flat, warm (in fact boiling, we had to turn all the radiators down and open the window!) It was well equipped with cereals and sweet snacks, crisps, drinks etc. Highly recommend crossing the road and walking down to the lake and up to the restuarant fiore di latte, amazing starters, wood fired pizzas, we ate their twice.

Excellent bed and bed linen. High standard of finish to decor and furniture. Huge choice at breakfast and coffee to order. Great to have parking a short walk away.
