I highly recommend going to the natural thermal springs Terme Segestane (not the ones for money, but the ones next to them - a natural pool with hot water and a river with lakes with warm water and a waterfall in a gorge nearby). On google maps they are called Terme Libere di Segesta. You can combine it with a visit to the unique temple of Segesta.
