Ryokan Hostel K's House sijaitsee 100 vuotta vanhassa rekisteröidyssä kulttuuriperintörakennuksessa Shizuokassa, 7 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä JR Iton rautatieasemalta. Everything. From the big, traditional room with view to the river to the friendly staff and relaxing onsen. I had read the reviews that it could get noisy as some guests aren't as quiet. But it was perfect for me. Relaxing, simply perfect.

The view from the hotel is very nice, located near the sea and easy to access. It was spacious and clean, with all necessary facilities which made the stay very comfortable. The host was also very welcoming, and the information provided on booking were matching reality. In summary, it was a great experience, I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice staff, helpful and always there for useful information. And the owner lady offered car drop off to the nearby train station after we checked out.

It was a beautiful retreat that allowed you to unwind in a small coastal town. The traditional Japanese breakfast was wonderful and the onsen amenities were fantastic.

Amazingly friendly hosts, beautiful location, yoga mats, a hammock, a bicycle to use, clean rooms, and all round wonderful experience. Oceanside views The hosts took me to a wonderful dinner (probably the best one I've had so far in Japan) and taught me how to write haikus. They explained lots of nuisances and generally gave off the best vibes a traveller could ask for. I'm very grateful for their hospitality and kindness, if I ever return to Japan I will 100% be staying here again.

Facing the seafront, Izu Hokkawa Seaside Guesthouse 伊豆北川の家 is a ryokan providing a 2-star accommodation in Higashiizu. It features a private beach area, garden and private parking. We felt so welcomed and cared for by Ken. Fresh local flowers in the room, a friendly face and comfortable room in a delightful seaside village. We were kindly dropped back to the train - a lovely experience and memory.

Set just 42 km from Koibito Misaki Cape, Guesthouse SORA offers accommodation in Minamiizu with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Everything was so neat and tidy. The owner was so kind and everyone staying was so friendly.

Kisami Ohama beach is just a 3-minute walk from, Oli Oli Guesthouse in Shimoda featuring a terrace and bar. The property is located 7 km from Shirahama Ohama Beach. Location is prime. Such a close walk to the beach and other coves for snorkeling. Outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Food at the cafe was so convenient and delicious after spending the day at the beach. Private bathroom in the room.

Situated in Minamiizu and only 90 metres from Yumigahama Beach, Villa Yumigahama features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Great on all accounts. Staff were lovely, the location is great. A really relaxed vibe but with all the comforts you need. Recommend getting a local lobster and asking the staff to use the bbq, so nice.
