I stayed one night at Kirinda Heaven. It’s a beautiful, family run property. The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

With garden views, MENAKA HOMESTAY is located in Tangalle and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, picnic area and barbecue. I really felt at home here! The hosts went out of their way to care for me, welcoming me with a fresh smoothie and continuing to shower me with fresh fruit and snacks during my stay. Delicious food clearly made with love. The accommodations are clean and comfortable- AC room with fan, en-suite bathroom, mini fridge, etc. the highlight of my stay however was definitely the exceptional service and treatment from the hosts. Highly recommend booking here for a homey stay a stone’s throw from the beautiful Tangalle beach!

The Room has enough size for two and it had two lovely balconies and a big bathroom The host is very Nice and efficient. Beach is reachable by walk Also, their food is very good.

Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. I am on a 3-week trip around Sri Lanka and this has been my No. 1 highlight. Accommodation was just as advertised, if not better - great location (5 minute walk to the beach), spacious airconditioned rooms, lovely jungly surroundings and great views while sitting outside and having breakfast every morning. Peacocks, squirrels, wild parrots - to name just a few species... normal daily views/visits without even stepping outside of the garden. Incomparable peacefulness. Sri Lankan breakfast was great and kept me full until dinner. They also provide lunch and dinner, upon request. Last but not least - Ruchira, the landlord, was the best host ever. He took me around when I just arrived to show me what is where, provided valuable tips and arranged for me to go see the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach one night. All in all - the accommodation, as well as the village and the beach, is perfect for people who, like me, seek peace and quiet. The overall vibe is homey and friendly. There is no loud music, there are no beach bars, there are no watersports - amazing.

Located within a few steps of Tangalle Beach and less than 1 km of Paravi Wella Beach in Tangalle, Luaya Beach offers accommodation with seating area. Close to the beach, city and restaurants. A quite beautiful place, perfect for relaxation. Nice room and nice big bathroom.

Set in Tangalle within 15 km of Hummanaya Blow Hole and 6 km of Tangalle Lagoon, Turtle Watch Cabana provides rooms with free WiFi. Really nice family. Host also works with turtle foundation who care for the turtles and showed us turtles on the beach in the evening. The cabana was really nice and has A/C.
