Since we had four, we had both floors. The downstairs patio was nice, but the upstairs balcony was a dream! Perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. A shirt walk over the scenic marina bridge takes you right to the shops and restaurants. We wished we were staying more than two nights!

Kate/host was very welcoming. Beautiful location with private access to beach. So nice to have breakfast provided so we could sit outside on the private patio and enjoy the beach view. Have already recommended to friends.
