I booked this place for my family and all they gave me was great feedback. The place is clean and complete with all the things you would need in a staycation place. The shower rooms and toilet are neat. They appliances were up to date and the place ooks exactly how the pictures are shown. The wifi connection is a plus! This is not the first time my family has gone to Pico de Loro. The internet connection is one of the challenges when you rent some units from the compound. This place is one ot those that provide good connection.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. You can find everything you need in their kitchen! Our room is spacious and has a nice view of the beach, awesome view of the sunset. Will definitely go back and stay with Casa Talia again! :)

The ambience of the Tree House by the Ocean was relaxing. Love the pool. Hospitality of the host JV was very welcoming and exceptional.

Each room has TV and airconditioning unit. The lounge got TV with Netflix. We got complimentary snacks and drinks to our surprise. Our unit is close to the Country Club pools. Both Marian and Cristina are easy to deal with in terms of our needs. They communicate and act promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

The place is a few minutes' walk to the beach and is also a comfortable walk away to the pool area and restaurants. The owner is very nice and easy to deal with. This is our second stay at this accommodation and standards were kept high! It was a very relaxing stay.
