Located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, Quinta Do Moinho overlooks the Mondego River. It offers apartments with free WiFi and a TV. Quiet and peaceful. Silvia, the owner, is very helpful and lovely women putting her touch and attention to detail into place. The place is stunning.

Objekat Casa do Avô je smešten u gradu Vasco Esteves de Baixo, na 36 km od znamenitosti Park prirode Serra da Estrela, u oblasti pogodnoj za pecanje. Pretty much everything, such a cosy, beautiful place to hang out and enjoy the silence! We got free jams, bread, pasta etc. everything was there in the house! Amazing sunset views and such a nice host Rosa even though we didn’t speak Portuguese. Quite a beautiful but steep and narrow route to get to the house. 10/10, really recommend going if you plan on visiting the National park near by. It’s truly an adventure to get there and is a contrast to the city life.

Situated in the heart of Serra da Estrela mountain range, this unique accommodation was born the full reconstruction of an ancient water mill and an olive oil mill. The hosts were amazing, we felt welcomed and at home instantly. The breakfast was incredible, with homemade jams and local products, 5 stars. Close to the main towns of the areas but in the wild so incredibly peaceful.
