The building is so well looked after, and the room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The location is good - a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfront and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostess is extremely nice and welcoming. I was very happy to spend a couple of nights at this homestay :)

Everything about this place is amazing. Ha makes the whole experience so easy. The location and rooms are beautiful, food was very yummy and Phong Nha is an incredible destination to visit!

Best stay in Vietnam so far thanks to the host. We were upgraded to a better room for the same price, and the receptionist helped a lot regarding tours and restaurants in the area. She is so nice. Arranged everything for us.

מקום האירוח 117 Bà Triệu Homestay ממוקם בדונג הוי, במרחק של 2.4 ק''מ מחוף נייה לה, ומספק אינטרנט אלחוטי בחינם וחניה פרטית בחינם. Lovely family run Homestay with very humble owners. Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. Thankyou.

Located between the rice fields with views of the farmed tending their land, walking the cows it’s impossible not to just sit back and relax. The owners are amazing - so friendly and warmhearted. It’s 7 km from the city of Phong Nha but it’s an easy and beautiful to go by bicycle (which is free to use also). The room is simple but comfortable but the pool and the surroundings is like a four star hotel⭐️ If you want the staff cooks an amazing dinner for you every night
