The attached private bathroom (2 steps outside of the bedroom) is pristine clean and has everything you need and even more. Very convenient private parking. RECOMMENDED!!!

Eliane is extremely professional and warm, she will guide you through Cannes, tell you everything about all the best places to eat, she knows all the best beaches and most importantly, her cats are ever so friendly! Cleanliness is 10/10, air conditioning in the room, private bathroom, and a very welcoming private balcony with plants, fish, and again, cats 🥰. Immerse yourself into the home of a former LeMans driver champion, and trust us, you will not regret the decision to stay at Elaine's home! Literally, I could go on forever about the place. The owner of the house is incredible nice, gentle and helpful. The breakfast is very complete. Total freedom, and lots of flexibility in terms of check-in/out times and breakfast times. Really close (12-15') to the Palais, so perfect for the Film Festival. Super quiet area - ideal for going to bed early or waking up late. Room had total sound isolation with the exterior, and although the wall with the adjoining room is thin, the couple staying there was very quiet and respectful so I did not hear anything. Room is fully equipped and nicely decorated. (As is the whole house!) More than enough space in the room. Ventilation and light are good.

The property was exactly as described and we knew that apart from our room the property was shared with other guests. We have never shared facilities before but we enjoyed it and it certainly helps you social skills and nice to interact with other travelers. The lady of the house works endlessly to help her quests. I would certainly recommend.
