Alex was considerate, helpful, and an amazing chef. Nothing was to much trouble, and I was even invited to an evening meal with him. We talked like two mates that have known each other for years. I got away to relax. Which I did. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

We spent the weekend at Mill Cottage with my family (we have a 2-year-old), and it was a blast! The room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing! Everybody has been nice and welcoming, giving us a farm tour and suggesting places to visit and where to eat. We are looking forward to coming back, and if you are looking for a family-friendly place in the Cotswolds, this is the place you are looking for!

What a treat. We arrived and found we had been upgraded. Our rooms were just up the road and in a building all to ourselves with a charming courtyard and very quiet. We have an electric car and the manager kindly let us charge at no extra cost too. Additionally, the hotel is so central in this beautiful village full of great restaurants and shops (although the restaurant at the hotel was awesome so you don't need to go anywhere else).

Big, top class restaurant with patio doors on to the deck run by efficient, friendly staff. Lovely loft style bedrooms with thoughtful touches, excellent sound-proofing and a big comfy bed. Every mod con has been afforded throughout.
