The place was spotlessly clean, super central and they went above and beyond with all the little extras they offer, like soft drinks and water in the room, makeup wipes, slippers, use of the hotel umbrellas and a lovely breakfast. In advance of our trip the communication with our host, Michele was excellent. He met us at the airport and wheeled our 20kg bag to the accommodation! The location was so convenient, halfway between the airport and Pisa Centrale train station. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Having breakfast included was a nice extra.
