Firstly the hosts were delightful , very welcoming and helpful. The newly built accommodation was sparkling clean with 5 private rooms , and a shared area with tables and chairs and a sofa . Very close to the heart of town with restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away . A sunny courtyard at the entrance was also much appreciated. We were guests for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Modern House , and the welcoming hosts .

We loved the garden and the proximity to Maramureș's attractions. We enjoyed the time spent with the hosts, great people that pay attention to one's needs and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This is a great Guesthouse! Not only are the rooms clean and spacious but the family who runs it are amazing. We were welcomed by the whole family with 2 glasses of horinca! Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom is also clean with hot water. We had dinner and breakfast at the Guesthouse and are so glad we did. The food was delicious and plentiful and we had a lot of fun learning about Romania. There is parking in the yard and it's easy to access. The village of Breb is very cute and a definite must if you travel to Marmures.

The place was clean, new, modern, well designed and comfortable, with a lovely view. We had everything what we needed, we felt at home. The host was discreet and nice. She also offered to send through courier our stuff that we forgot in our room.

Fine location - opposite the Mocanita attraction and 10 minutes walk from center Viseu De Sus. Good starting point for treks in the mountains above Borsa and neighbor villages. Convenient room and perfect shower and toilet (optimal water pressure). Our hosts, Julian and his joyful family, made us feel as we were at home, including free coffee (great Espresso machine). julian had helpful tips for activities in the area. Mostly recommended guesthouse.

The room is very spacious. Also, the bathroom. The bed is huge 😍 but a little bit to soft for my back as I have a problem. White sheets 🤍🤍🤍, white and thick towels. The lobby is nice. Room no 2 has a beautiful view. It can be seen the sun coming up and all the colours.
