Secure immaculately clean building. Easy check in. The studio was spotless with good quality beddings, furniture and kitchen facilities. Loved the shower and the toilet hygiene hose. Complementary Netflix. Very fast Wifi. Very convenient location close to shops, cafes and restaurants. We arrived early morning and Jacob, the night duty receptionist, was extremely helpful, friendly, efficient with a nice calm manner. The manager, Arshayk, was the perfect host. Efficient, caring, compassionate and friendly. He dealt with all queries promptly. Anna and Mariam, the day duty receptionists, were amazing. Gave us lots of valuable information patiently and efficiently. Never saw any of them not smiling. It made such a big difference. We felt at home. Both cleaning ladies were so nice. We loved it so much we extended our stay.
