Apartment is clean, nicely decorated and big. Every household item you have at home is available (dishwasher, coffee-machine, oven, ect..) . All of the items are clean, new and easy to use. The hosts are very helpful, they setup a baby-bed beforehand. The apartment gets plenty of light from two sides that have big windows. Also has two balconies to sit and have some coffee or wine. We will certainly visit again, this time without the kids. Thank you Annie and Philippe for this pleasant stay.

Very nice and cosy appartment close to the city center of Spa. Parking just in front of the appartment. Not big but has it all. Even a small terrace with bbq. Very clean, good shower. 2 small bottles of Spa Orange and chocolates on arrival.

The hostess was waitinng for us at arrival. She can only speak French, but with many gestures all went well! The appartment had all you needed for a perfect stay. The matress is very comfortable and the appartment is very clean. Parking outside the appartment was a bit of a problem, but in case all other parking areas failed, we were provided with a spot in the backyard. The terrace is so cosy, but unfortunately gets very little sun and is quite a cold spot. But all-in-all, we enjoyed our stay and will be returning to Le vieux Spa de Polo-Jo!

There is no dedicated parking space, but you can easily find free spaces around the loft, and it’s also free! It’s in a quiet and very secure location. I have been going to the Spa Francorchamps for many years and stayed in various hotels etc. This is , by far, THE BEST PLACE I ever stayed in Spa. You feel at home, this says it all. The owners will do anything to make your stay as confortable and nice as it possible can. I recommend the Villa Sparadis to anybody. I am going back in September for the DTM race......
