It was an exceptional place! The apartament we were was very spacious had every appliance we needed, the location is right next to the city centre 2km away from the Hisarlaka park. The pool was very warm and fantastic place to chill and relax and I highly recommend the salt room. The staff were very friendly and easy going. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Kustendil.

But what overwhelmed us all was that against a very reasonable surcharge we got private unlimited access to the house's very cosy mineral water spa which had a small pool, sauna and steam bath.
