The Loveroom was absolutely pristine. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need or want (including chocolates and a bottle of champagne upon check in - perfect for the hot tub later!), and the owners were very friendly and responsive. The owners followed up throughout our stay and offered lovely dinner recommendations, etc. The location is very safe, secure, and close to Interlaken West station. I would give it extra stars if I could! We loved the entire experience. We were very grateful for the A/C, as it was quite warm in Interlaken the week we were there.

clean, facilities in room are perfect. Although it is no air conditioning, still good in early June. excellent view from room (Room No. 1) including mountain and nice river. Hosts (Marco and his wife) are very helpful. Actually, the room size is big which can accommodate my family (three persons). I love the balcony which facing the mountain and river. Showering and kitchen facilities are perfect too with enough water pressure and hot water.

This family-run bed and breakfast enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, 1 km from both train stations. It offers a large garden and free WiFi location.

Everything about Arnold's was wonderful, from the comfy beds, to the breakfast, to the man himself. I have just checked out and wanted to share. The rooms are very comfortable and homey, and the breakfast spread was so delicious. Arnold is great to chat with, and their cat has the cutest meow! The location is wondeful, just a 10 minute walk into town. The veiws are nice. The people are great, they kindly put a fan in my room when the temperatures were nearing 30°C and above. If you want a hotel experience don't stay here, but if you want that true bed and breakfast experience, this is the place for you.

Quietly situated on the bank of the Aare River amid the Jungfrau ski region, Aparthotel Goldey is 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Interlaken West and 15 minutes from Interlaken East.

Our stay at Aparthotel Goldey checked all of my family's boxes and then some. From the day we arrived the owners were so wonderful. They helped with our luggage and made us feel right at home. There was an instant feeling of comfort and that means a lot after a long car ride with two toddlers. The room/apartment itself exceeded our expectations. Out of our 2.5 years of being in Europe and traveling all around. This hotel was the cleanest and most equipped place we have stayed by far! If this hotel were stateside, it would be at least a 10 star rating. (I know 5 star is the thing but seriously this place was great.) The view was incredible with a quaint and cozy balcony for us to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets over the snowcapped mountains. Everyone says to bring your own food when traveling to Switzerland due to it being pricey. So we knew as a family of 4, we needed a kitchen and this mama did not want share a one room/bedroom with the kiddos for this short trip( my bday trip). So we opted for their apartment option with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a fully equipped kitchen. There was a coffee machine with coffee pods and a microwave which isn't standard in most hotels or airbnbs we have stayed in. There was even a vacuum for us which is a necessity with children. I'm sure there were so many other amazing things about the apartment but these with the big stand outs for us. They offered to help us with planning our outings and offered discounts as well. Even went as far as the male owner helping my husband plan a sweet birthday surprise in our room for when returned from our day trip. The most beautiful and largest rose I have ever seen with a bottle of wine and wine glasses to get our evening started right. And how could I forget the heart shaped Lindt chocolate. It was just everything for me!
