Very spacious 1 bed apartment with good size lounge/kitchen area with large balcony. Totally separate bathroom with good walk in shower and separate spacious and comfortable bedroom. Lovely pool next door with good bar/restaurant. Excellent restaurant (Happy Bar) just a few steps away. Just a few mins to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen area with everything you could need. Spotless on arrival but clean towels/bedding only after 4 days

PROS: 1. THE OWNER, YIANNAKIS: Extremely helpful, courteous, kind and generous. He is proactive in solving problems and found many solutions for me. He also provided a lot of important information about things to see / do in the area. He is highly responsive and responds within a few minutes to seconds on text. I felt that the place still had the great hospitality of the "olden golden days of Airbnb" where owners and landlords took the extra time and care to genuinely help you. 2. THE APARTMENT (AMENITIES) AND VIEW: The view is breathless. It is the middle unit with a complete, unobstructive view of the sea and so every day, at 5:30 am, you see the sun rise from start to finish and it's a GLORIOUS sight. The apartment is very clean and also has a great vibe to it. It is simple, clean, minimalistic and yet, warm and welcoming. The WI-FI is the fastest I have experienced in Cyprus (which is saying a lot!) 3. THE AREA: Definitely an area that incites health and well-being. You start the day with the gorgeous sunrise. Then, you go for a long walk along the coast to all the wonderful cafes and restaurants. You can squeeze in a good 2 hrs of walking along the coast, seeing the wonderful clear waters and the rocky formations. There is easy access to the town and yet, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. CONS: None. I would definitely stay again.

He was very thoughtful and kind. I owed him 100 extra euros, and because he knew it was our wedding week, he decided to gift us that extra $ as a wedding gift ... talking about going the extra mile ... this guy defines it. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Perfect destination, Great facilities, Highly recommend. Excellent accommodation providing everything we needed, house was clean spacious and comfortable, recommend and stay again.
