Very clean place in a perfect place at the center of town. We were visiting Messe Essen for Spiel '22 and it was extremely easy to get there by metro which had a station nearby. We didn't meet the host, only thought on the phone, but she was very kind and helpful. I missed a message from her, because booking.com sends an e-mail and shows recent messages at the bottom of an e-mail. Because of that we didn't have a couch prepared, but she offered to take a few hour drive to help us, but it was too much, because a lot of effort went into preparing the place for us already. Comfortable beds, new and good appliances, roomy bathroom. And I could say even more nice thing about this place, totally exceeded our expectations and couldn't imagine a better place to stay. Would 100% recommend this place for companies or families.
