Great communication before and throughout the stay -Video sent by Susy before arrival - location of key box and key code, safe & pool key location. Located only 15 km from Golf del Sur in Playa de las Americas, Sunny Garden 1 BR Apartment Arona provides accommodation fitted with a terrace, garden and outdoor pool.

There is no breakfast you cook your own or go to a local restaurant which has very reasonable prices. The local supermarket does baguettes and coffee for a cheap price. The location is quiet which suited me and the local supermarket has most things (apart from rubbish bags. Only one in the apartment) If you want to tour you need to have a car. There is a local bus service from near the hospital which only takes 15 minutes to arrive at Los Christianos. Taxi costs about 10 Euros. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. All serve nice food but the Tree House food is exceptional. Entertainment on the weekends as well. The best thing about the apartment though is the terrace with artificial garden, dining table and sunbed . I didn't bother with the pool as I preferred the terrace.

Stylish apartment in the middle of bars and restaurants. We love location but it’s way too noisy at night to get a good sleep. Hope apartments building is being renovated. Pool area was nice and quiet. Would stay again but would need an ear plugs 😉

A recently renovated property, GREEN AGAVE by Welcome Tenerife is set in Playa de las Americas near Playa de Troya, Bobo Beach and Playa de Las Americas.

Very clean, newly renovated apartment. Excellent sea view, huge windows so a lot of light from sunrise to sunset. Lots of storage space for personal items. Big comfortable beds. Equipped with everything you might need (though having a vacuum cleaner at hand would be an asset esp. for longer stays). Great location (nice and easy walking distance to a promenade, right next to the bus station, close to many supermarkets - e.g. Spar, walking distance to Siam Park).

We loved our stay here, the feeling of space & light is exceptional, the decor throughout is stylish & comfortable. Ideal if you want to get away from the hectic centre of Las Americas but a car is needed!
