The apartment was exactly what I needed after a few weeks in some mediocre places. I didn’t expect it to be as clean, neat and spacious as it was. Its location was perfect, right in old town and within walking distance to everything you need to see and do in Corfu town. Upon arrival, I noticed that not only had the shower been fitted with a shower head holder (which I had enquired about) but there was a lovely arrival gift of local products. I didn’t expect such thoughtfulness. I definitely recommend and would stay there again, thank you!

The property is a quick, 15-euro taxi ride from the airport and is located a block from the harbor, a pleasant seven-minute walk from downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe with well kept vintage mansions and multi-unit buildings with broad, clean, shaded sidewalks. All major sites are within walking distance. The apartment was fully equiped for cooking and had a washer and dryer. The owner was super helpful and regularly checked in to make sure all was well, showed us how to work the stove and arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. The place was super clean, recently remodeled with excellent bedding, modern decor and balcony. It was a bit more expensive than other places we have stayed but was worth it.

The living space was spacious and well-equipped, making my stay relaxing and hassle-free. Worths to mention the excellent noise cancellation within the apartment. Despite its central location, there was absolutely no noise from the outside, ensuring peace and tranquility throughout my stay However, the crown jewel was undoubtedly the amazing roof view. It offered a panoramic vista of Corfu that was simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. This unique feature added an extra layer of enjoyment to my experience.

Villa Petrettini is like a time capsule, you step in and wake up in a bygone century, but the service, breakfast and facilities are up to contemporary standards in all areas. The staff are always open-hearted and helpful and I have rarely felt more comfortable in an accommodation. 10/10

The views were more beautiful than we could have expected and the whole property was incredibly clean, spacious, and very comfortable to stay in all week. The kitchen is well-equipped (in terms of utensils, cutlery, etc) for a holiday home and the hosts are available for any questions you have. Be aware that you will need a car for the location but the roads are in pretty good condition and we had no trouble hiring and driving a car there.
