Very new construction. The superior apartment on the upper floor is a large modern apartment with a spacious loft for the queen bed and second TV (note: the remote controls both TVs, so you can only use one at a time). Walk-in shower with rain head. Nice new towels. Strong air conditioning, but in the extreme heat of July-August, it needs time to cool down the loft area. Excellent location at the edge of the historic center where there a lot of restaurants and access to the main shopping street. Plenty of free parking two blocks away. The picture I uploaded shows the actual new building because the one in Google maps is old and invalid.

Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia in pieno lungomare. Ottimo il collegamento con i mezzi, muovendoci in autobus è stato molto comodo avere la fermata del bus esattamente sotto casa. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno al mare ed era perfettamente pulita. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. La consigliamo!
