The host was absolutely the lovliest and the most helpful person, I've ever met in this industry. There were no issues regarding the time of our arrival or anything else. The host was very friendly and wanted to help with everything, he could. The room was very clean! Everything we needed was already there and if it wasn't - the host provided it! The neighbourhood was calm and silent. The view on the sea was lovely! The pool area was also very enjoyable, even though there was no weather for swimming. We had our own car but we also traveled around with electric scooters and it was a great idea - we recommend it a lot! The beaches, restaurants, bars and market are quite close to the property - a walkable distance. 10/10

This is just the perfect place! The room is big enough and comfortable. The bed is so good we missed a few mornings of beach time, just to stay in bed. And it's all very clean. The balcony is amazing. Perfect for breakfast or dinner with a great view of the marina. Parking is available just across the street for 60 kuna (8€) per day. Sanja is a wonderful host! She helped us with the full day parking as soon as we arrived. If we come back to Biograd, this is the only place we'll consider.

We loved everything. The location was perfect, we enjoyed walking to the restaurants on the seaside with my partner. The beach was really close, clean and beautiful. We definitely would recommend this for everyone who is looking for a get away and would like to be amongst nature, seaside, good food, entertainment.

We had a really nice stay here with my friend. The host was very kind and helpful (even after we were late on arrival) and the rooms were perfect. We had a beautiful sea view, the apartment was very clean and it's in walking distance to everything in Biograd. Definitely would recommend.

Endelig fant vi gode senger og det var godt lydisolasjon på rommene så vi kunne slappe av både om natta og på dagen, noe som er sjeldent i Biograd. Verten er også veldig trivelig og spanderte god grillmiddag på oss :) Jeg har allerede før middagen bestemt å gi dem full score på grunn av selve leiligheten :) så middagen påvirket min vurdering. Det koster litt å leie her, men prisen er fremdeles lav i forhold til konkurransen og de mange elendige leilighetene i Biograd.
