Stayed with my wife and my niece for 2 nights. Very new, nice, modern, clean, spacious, … apartment. The heating system is very sophisticated (I felt the heat is from the floor) which makes it very comfortable in a cool winter day. We joined a northern light tour and so great that the apartment is just a few steps from the pickup/drop off point-Bus Stop#15. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

The apartment was in an ideal location, right in the middle of Reykjavik and close to all the attractions. However it’s wasn’t noisy. Inside it was cozy and warm and well equipped. The shower was hot and powerful and the locally sourced toiletries were lovely. The complementary fruit and premium chocolate was well appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Durante il nostro viaggio abbiamo dormito in molti posti accoglienti, ma da nessuna parte ci siamo sentiti a casa come in questo appartamento. È tenuto con la stessa cura con cui si terrebbe casa propria, se non di più. È disponibile qualunque oggetto immaginabile, lavatrice, detersivi, utensili da cucina, televisore, addirittura casse bluetooth. La posizione è favolosa: è nel cuore di Reykjavík, a due passi dalla Hallgrímskirkja e dalla Laugavegur, ma al tempo stesso su una via dove si parcheggia senza alcun problema (anche se a pagamento). C'era un simpatico cartello che spiegava che in tutta la zona di Reykjavík l'acqua calda è sulfurea. Appena attraversata la strada c'è una panetteria/pasticceria molto buona e perfetta per prendere qualcosa di dolce e fare colazione in appartamento. Ci è davvero dispiaciuto restituire le chiavi, per un attimo abbiamo pensato di fare un'offerta al proprietario, provare ad acquistare l'appartamento e trasferirci. ;-)
