Easy to communicate with owner, asked a number of questions before arrival including ferry timetable and owner took the time to research this and respond. Quick to respond too. Was very easy to find and arrived well before the check in time but they were able to get the room ready a hour before and also took our suitcases to store even earlier than that. Rooms very clean, nice and comfortable. Fridge stocked with water and a bottle of beer (nice touch), coffee machine and pods which were restocked each day. Able to use Netflix on the TV as well. Was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if I came back to that area.

She was very kind and professional, she explained everything to us in detail about our stay in the apartment and all the activities and happenings in Desenzano. Big praise for her! We cannot speak highly enough about the reception that Alberto gave us. Everything was explained very clearly, and we even got a coffee on arrival. (Note, everything was in Italian, but Alberto is keen to use Google Translate.) The B&B has private and secure parking. We really felt at home at a nice Italian family house. The hosts procured a very nice and plentiful breakfast "a la carte" (fruit, toasts, homemade pancakes, good coffee, ...). The B&B also features a nice swimming pool and is located in a quiet neighborhood. There was fresh natural and sparkling water foreseen. The B&B is brand new and does not have many reviews yet, but we are SO glad we stayed here and got to meet Alberto and his family. Everything is very clean and well thought out. The bathroom is separate from the room, but private. Bed was excellent! If we visit Garda again, we will stay here for sure!

She welcomed us and provided all necessary details. She provided a cot and a welcoming gift of snacks. The apartment is nice and comfortable. It is close to the centro and other villages by car. The wifi is so fast. The room has a soft bed and excellent toilet. The kitchen is completely equipped. There is a sofa in the living room and a smart TV. Therr are two balconies in the master room and living room.
