I'm going to hate myself for this, because it could make it harder to book here next trip... Barbara and Emiliano are fabulous hosts! Very warm, accommodating and helpful... They just went above and beyond. My room was as pictured... Prefect for my shirt stay, and would have been great even for a longer stay. It was just me, but two would have been comfortable in the room. There was a stocked mini fridge in my room, in addition to a great continental-style breakfast being laid out on my table, plus additional items in the common room. And the interior was well appointed... Everything has been remodeled and updated... Towels supplied, as well as all toiletries. There's a security gate as well as a security door, and I really appreciated that it was just a few steps up. The beach is amazing, and only a 5 min walk from location... Really! Take a left out the gate, cross the intersection and there you are. If you continue left at the intersection, you can take a lovely stroll down to the Ponte del Mare, which will take you to the other side of the river and what was once Castellamare Adriatico. There are yummy restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, and the best little Gelato place! There was so much I would have liked to check out and see in Pescara, but this was a short trip, and I couldn't seem to pull myself away from the water... Good news is, I'll be back..... And did you know the Adriatic Sea is warm?! I do now 💕

The place is extremely clean, new and comfy. The bed is really comfortable and the internet very fast, so a great place if you have some work to do (there is a small desk next to the bed). Also the location right in front of the station is perfect if you need to take the train/bus.

What a beautiful suite, we loved it! It's very modern, looked brand new, immaculately clean, wonderful location and beautiful grounds. It was like an oasis in an already beautiful neighborhood. We never met the staff, but communication was awesome. Having a place to park was a great bonus. And if it weren't for time constraints, we would have stayed longer. This is a 12 out of 10; if it's available, don't miss the chance to stay here!

The room w/ the bathroom were super clean. It is located near the sea and different restaurants. Our host, even though it was 10 pm when we contacted her that we couldn't open the door, she responded nicely and quick. It is a good place to stay in Pescara.

The room is very beautiful! they have everything we need, from coffee to steamer for clothes, the bed is comfortable to sleep in, television and WiFi are great also! Very easy instructions for checking-in. They also provided a parking spot for us which is only 5 mins walk from the location. I really recommend this place 100%!
